Short-term accommodation

The Universal Palms Hotel

Perfect if you’re stopping for a short time with us, you can stay in the beautiful rooms and suites at the Universal Palms Hotel for a discounted rate!  Only recently renovated, The Palms is a wonderful place to stay, complete with an outdoor pool for cooling off and an exotic garden.  Every room features a 40-inch plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, hairdryer and work desk, and comes with free outdoor parking.  There’s also a fitness suite available to guests.

Even better, you’ll find it just a short walk to our facilities at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.  Located at the southeast corner of Commercial Blvd. and Powerline Road, there’s also a variety of supermarkets, department stores and restaurants located nearby.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Positioned right near our facilities on the southeast corner of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites offers convenient and comfortable accommodation. You’ll get a complimentary hot breakfast every day, free Wi-Fi, complimentary secured parking, and a microwave and refrigerator in your room. There’s also a 24-hour fitness center to keep you in top shape!

Long-term accommodation

Homestead Studio Suites – Tamarac

Ideal if you’re staying a little longer, the Homestead offers studio suite rooms which are each fitted with their own kitchen.  You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, an off-site fitness club, and a discounted rate by being associated with CTI Professional Flight Training!

The Homestead is found about two miles from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and is easily reached by public transport services (Bus 55).

CTI Professional Flight Training Student Accommodations

If you sign up to train with us and will be taking a longer course of study, you can stay in our fantastic student accommodations.  These consist of single family homes with two bedrooms, two full baths, a living area and a kitchen.  Each home comes fully furnished with cookware, bedding, laundry facilities and more, so you’ll have everything you need – a real home from home!

Our student accommodations are located within walking distance of our training facilities and are also ideally placed for local department stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can choose to share a room for $700 per person, or you can reserve a single room for $1400 per month. This price also includes all your water, electricity, television and internet access.
