We’re currently hiring certified flight instructors (CFIIs) and multi-engine instructors (MEIs) to join our excellent team at our Memphis flight school. So why should you want to work with us?

Outstanding facilities

Our state-of-the-art flight school at Millington-Memphis Airport has a great reputation. We offer FAA-approved instruction and have examination authority, all of which we provide in a friendly, safe, and approachable environment.

Our students get to train in a modern fleet of aircraft, including the Diamond DA20 and the Diamond DA42 for multi-engine training. Our WACO Great Lakes is perfect for teaching upset prevention and recovery training, while our fantastic Redbird FMX helps us build students’ confidence from the safety of the ground!

You’ll also love our location. We’re based just a half-hour drive from Memphis – perfect if for CFIIs and MEIs from Southwest Tennessee, North Mississippi, and Northeast Arkansas.
